Please be advised of our safety precautions:​

  • Our studio is equipped with hand sanitisers.

Please feel free to use them before and after the service.

​

  • All clients are required to initially fill out our Client Record/Consultation Form.

​

  • If you are feeling unwell, and/or have any cold symptoms, please reschedule.
     

  • We may check your temperature prior to entering our premises.​

​

  • If you have any form of eye irritation, conjunctivitis, stye, we will not proceed with the treatment and will send you home.

​

  • Please refrain from bring guest/s with you â€‹

​

  • Lash extensions do not adhere well to dirty lashes which will lead to poor retention.

Please ensure to come with clean eyelashes, failure to do so may result in reduced lash application due to more time spent cleaning your lashes.

​

  • Fees may apply for public holiday and afterhours.

​

Sale Policy:

​

Sale prices are effective for bookings made from 5 April 2023.

​

Infills Policy:

​

We do not perform infills from extensions done elsewhere.

​

It will take 15-30mins to remove the foreign extensions which will incur a $20 removal fee.

This is to ensure optimal retention and uniformity with our sets.

 

Important note: If you arrive to your lash infill after 2-3weeks and anytime with less than 40% lashes remaining, you will be charged the Full Set amount.

​

Retention Tips and Policy:

​

  • Majority of our regular clients' extensions last within a month or so

but we recommend infills every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking fresh and full.

​

  • We give a free lash bath for every eyelash extension treatment.

You can also take home our 100ml lash shampoo with brush for only $29.

​

  • If you have been applying these shortly prior to your appointment: 

Makeup, sunscreen, moisturiser, strip-lashes, serum, oil, conditioner, mascara (especially waterproof!)

These products usually leave stubborn film and residue even after cleansing and can affect your retention.

​

  • Keep in mind that we naturally shed lashes every day.  

   Hormones, certain medications and weather can play up with your retention and is unfortunately beyond our control.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

 Otherwise, we will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to be able to reschedule you.

 

Aftercare Policy:

​

We do not offer refunds as our service has been rendered.

If you are unhappy, you may contact us within 48 hours after your appointment to discuss your concerns and if fix can be done.

​

​

We do our best to provide proper lash application,

so please follow our aftercare instructions to get the most out of your set.

Shop Return Policy (Retail Products)

​

Due to current COVID-19 Precautions, we highly discourage Returns and Exchange.

Our products undergo thorough inspection before sending them to you.

Please double check your orders and treat as final sale.

​

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us.
